Delivery charges are calculated with your order
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched on the following day.


Orders are dispatched 2 times per week For Australia delivery, we use Allied, Fastway, Couriers Please and Northline tracked delivery service a 1-4 day service.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included.

We dispatch all Australian deliveries from our warehouse located at:

You can also arrange collection from this address however: Orders must be prepaid at least 24 hrs prior and you must pre - arrange a collection time and day with our Sydney office  0416 795 549

It is strongly recommended that you track your delivery online and try to make sure someone is at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, a tracking card will be left for you with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. ( This may incur extra charges )

I have received a faulty item?
If you think that the item you have received is faulty, please contact your local office and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details and images as possible to assist us.

All of our products are well packaged in cardboard boxes. We can not accept returns that have been scratched or damaged or stained. Refunds are processed once we have received the goods in our warehouse

I have received an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact your local office and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible to assist us.

An item is missing from my order
Regrettably mistakes can happen, sometimes we donʼt send everything youʼve ordered so if you receive your package and an item is missing, please contact your local office.
